Directions to property: Turn E onto Patomac Drive. Wind for a while and turn right onto Swanson Lane. Continue for 4.3 miles. Boyd Lane is not marked, turn left after 4.3 miles onto Boyd and wind uphill for several hundred yards. You'll pass a home on the right; shortly after, the road bends hard right. Don't take the bend, go straight up what looks like a driveway. This shared driveway splits when you head up it. You'll pass a small home on your left. Veer right into the pines. There is a sign where to turn to enter.
