While it is negotiable, it is our belief that it remains in the seller’s best interest to, at the time of listing their property, to agree to offer buyer’s agent compensation at the time of closing of a transaction. We recommend this strategy for many reasons, including but not limited to reaching the largest number of buyers and ensuring Buyer Representation in the transaction. In many real estate transactions, Buyers in our markets are not in a financial position to pay a Buyer’s Broker Representation fee on top of their real estate transaction expenses.
