The County Line Tract consists of +/- 914 acres in Mineral County, Montana, but is situated on the Mineral-Missoula County line. The tract includes all of section 35, and portions of sections 34 and 26. While occasional steep terrain exists, the land tends to lay at a relatively gentle slope, creating multiple ideal places to build, many of which overlook the Clark Fork River.
