Century 21 Big Sky is back to having our monthly staff meetings live and in person. It is great to have everyone here. While we are grateful for the ability to have Zoom meetings, I love the face to face interactions with my agents and the comradery our agents have together. We work together, learn from each other, and support each other.
No surprise here however, the real estate market remains strong. As previous newsletters have said, demand remains more than supply. Our agents have the entire skill set and experience to compete in this market. Yes, interest rates are moving up. However, if you look at historical trends since WW2, rates are low.
